Vigilant Canine Services International, LLC

(1)  Services: Explosive Detection and Protection Canine Services -- We currently provide 24 hour entry control point, vehicle search pit checks and protection/patrol canine services at the Kabul Power Plant construction site in Kabul, in support of the (USAID) Louis Berger Inc. & Black and Veatch JV project,  sub-contracted by Hart Security.

(2)  Services: Explosive Detection Canine Services -- We currently provide entry control point canine detection services at the Afghanistan National Army Base construction site in Jalalabad and Kunduz, in support of the DynCorp construction project, sub-contracted by Asia Security Group.

(3)  Services: Explosive Detection Canine Services -- We currently provide entry control point canine detection services at the north and south access gates for the U.S. Army Camp Phoenix Base expansion project, in support of the U.S. Army, CH2M Hill construction, sub-contracted by Asia Security Group.

(4)  Services: Explosive Detection Canine Services -- We currently provide entry control point canine detection services at all compound gates at two separate locations in support of the Louis Berger Inc. & Black and Veatch JV, Afghanistan Infrastructure Rehabilitation Program (AIRP-USAID) sub-contracted by Strategic Security Solutions International (SSSI).

(6)  Service:  Explosive Detection Dog Teams – Currently providing canine detection services for cargo shipments arriving into the Kabul International Airport in support of Dyn-Corp air wing operations.

(7)  Service: Explosive Detection Canine Services – Provided canine detection services for the first annual, USAID AG-FAIR 2007.  We provided explosive detection sweeps prior to opening and canine detection services at the  vehicle entry control point throughout this four day event.  This event was visited by numerous Ministers of Afghanistan and foreign VIP’s.

(8)  Service: Narcotic Detection Dog Teams – Provided canine detection  services for the Afghanistan Border Police assigned to the Kabul International Airport .  We provided narcotic detection sweeps of passenger luggage, carry-on bags and of the aircraft prior to departure.

(9)  Services: Detection Dog Teams – Provided canine detection services to the United States Military, Camp Phoenix-APO.  Upon request, canine teams respond and assist the military by conducting canine detection sweeps of the mail prior to handling/loading.

(10)  Services: Detection Dog Teams – Provided canine detection services for a USAID funded project in southern Afghanistan , sub-contracted by Ubique.  We provided Battle Area Clearance operations, locating numerous UXO’s/munitions that was spread out over an 86 acre area.

(11)  Services: Detection Dog Teams – Provided canine detection services for the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA).  We provided canine detection sweeps of locations visited by the JICA President.
